Taifeng (VLK) Lighting Co., Ltd. has our own VENTURE LIGHTING KOREA manufacture, R&D, and the global selling authorization. At present, we are the only one automatic equipment line of America VENTURE and all the equipment are introduced by KOREA.
From the introduction of the production line, we adhere to the application of high quality, has been in use the strict standard of "VENTURE LIGHTING KOREA" to monitoring management. We are not only producing the customized product from Korean companies monthly, but also external supply the TF series and VLK series ordinary bulbs.
We have 14 units production equipment, the operation procedure is as follows: After put the quartz tube into the frame (which used to put the material in it) - High temperature to form spherical - Tube Cleaning - Fill xenon - Tube sealing. It is all processed according to the preset operation, so it can ensure the high efficiency and eliminate the unstable factors.
Compared with the other equipments, the introduction line of VENTURE has its own advantage, such as:
Automatic feeding:
The worker just needs to put the quartz tube into the material frame, and supervision it.
The function of the quartz tube:
Use high-purity (99.99%) automated pouring Argon to clean the quartz tube. After the quartz tube with high temperature being to the bubbling type, the domestic equipment generally applied Nitrogen (3%Oxygen) to clean it, but our equipment is adopt the high-purity(99.99%) argon to clean, in order to avoid the light bulb tube to oxidation.
Constant-temperature the liquid Nitrogen tank:
When pouring the xenon, the equipment of the constant-temperature liquid nitrogen tank will ensure each bulb in the same environment, so the xenon will not turn into gaseous to volatilization. The other equipment, need to used the manual control but it will be not in the same degree of volatilization, this will lead to the car tail lamp brightness, color temperature is different.
The original creation of quartz tube inside and outside the pinhole of vacuumized technique.
The Adopt-2pa atmosphere pressure to vacuum sealing to reduce the possibility of oxidation.
P.S. When sealing for the xenon, there are some factories in China possibility will be flooded without vacuumized.
High temperature dehydroxylation technology.
Hight temperature oven clear the hydroxyl of quartz, through our equipment, the hydroxyl content of quartz tube is less than 3ppm. (≦3ppm).
There other factory have their dehydroxylation is ≦15ppm, (some of them even haven't this technique!) it must get the bulb turn into yellow, fog and even risk of the cracking.
